‘Postcode lottery’ as health boards fail to meet target for child mental health treatment

New waiting time figures covering the quarter from October to December 2016 indicate that only seven out of 14 health boards were meeting a Scottish Government waiting time target for access by children and young people to specialist Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS).
