Welcome to the SCSC

Welcome to the Scottish Children’s Services Coalition

Committed to improving the lives of vulnerable children and young people in Scotland
The Scottish Children’s Services Coalition (SCSC) is an alliance of leading providers of care and support to vulnerable children and young people, as well as to their families and carers.

We are committed to improving the lives of these children and young people, and our vision is for Scotland to be the best place in the world to grow up in.

As a coalition we aim to achieve this through campaigning for better support for them, influencing the government, politicians, the NHS and local authorities to deliver this. Through this activity we are seeking to ensure that a wide range of high-quality, well-resourced and easily accessible services is provided. Tailored to individual needs this will help them to achieve their full potential.

Our members deliver specialist care and support to children and young people with additional support needs and mental health problems, as well as to their families and carers.

They also provide care and support to care experienced children and young people, as well as to their carers.
